FINANCE & PAYROLL TEAM LEADER

| JOB PURPOSE Lead, manage and motivate the finance transactions team, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of sales ledger, purchase ledger, rent ledger and other financial data. Responsible for the operation of the finance function in accordance with the controls, standing orders and scheme of delegation. Work with the team to embed best practice and fully utilise the efficiencies within the new finance system. Embed a focus on continuous improvement in the team. |
