This role leads the implementation of PwC’s Global Payroll Platform (GPP) for high-profile clients as part of our managed payroll service. You’ll be the main client contact, working with local payroll teams to understand multi-country payroll processes, gather requirements, and coordinate internal teams to set up the GPP and local payroll software. Payroll knowledge is beneficial, and you’ll collaborate closely with in-country payroll specialists and GPP experts to ensure successful delivery.
What your days will look like:
Lead end-to-end implementation of PwC’s Global Payroll Platform (GPP)
Act as the main client contact during onboarding
Manage project timelines and capture business requirements
Coordinate with local payroll and technology teams
This role is for you if:
Strong project management and organisational skills
Excellent communication and client relationship abilities
Comfortable working across multiple countries and cultures
Technical aptitude or willingness to learn complex platforms
Experience managing stakeholders and mentoring others
CIPP/CPP qualification (or working towards) highly desirable
