Job Description

As our new HR Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of this transformation—reporting to the Group Head of Reward and playing a key role in shaping the future of HR across our organisation. You'll own and enhance our HR master data, deliver impactful people metrics, and drive smarter reporting during this pivotal transformation.

This is your chance to work closely with both the Group Head of Reward and the Group Head of Talent, providing essential systems and data support to roll out global people processes. You’ll also uncover powerful insights that fuel data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement across our HR landscape as we raise the HR maturity levels at Valeo Foods Group.

  • Coordinate with divisions to ensure processes in place to adhere to HR master data standards, policies and guidelines for our HR systems and people dashboards.
  • Audit and reconcile HR master data as needed.
  • Identify, analyse and solve operational data issues together with your stakeholder network within Valeo Food Group whilst we transition to a new global HCM solution.
  • Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track organisational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with divisions to ensure processes in place to adhere to HR master data standards, policies and guidelines for our HR systems and people dashboards.
  • Audit and reconcile HR master data as needed.
  • Identify, analyse and solve operational data issues together with your stakeholder network within Valeo Food Group whilst we transition to a new global HCM solution.
  • Own the people data for Head Office and assist with migrating transactional HR processes and data for this group to a shared service model.
  • Support HR technology implementations and optimisations that enable annual people processes, people analytics and insights.
  • Provide analytical support to the Global Head of Reward during the annual reward cycle.
  • Coordinate the annual salary survey submissions.
  • Assist with job evaluations and compensation benchmarking.
  • Support equal pay analysis in preparation for the EU Pay transparency directive.
  • Manage the data for budgeting and forecasting of people-related costs.
  • Manage the data preparation for the annual global employee engagement survey and assist with post-survey reporting and data comparison.
  • Provide support for year-on-year analysis for recruitment, performance, talent and succession data, including data collation, identification of trends and themes and preparation of updates and recommendations to the executive leadership team.

The role is a hybrid role based in London 3+ days per week.

Qualifications

  • Analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Structured and methodical way of working
  • Prior experience working with people data, including rewards data.
  • Understanding of full cycle of hire to retire people processes.
  • HR systems knowledge (DayForce knowledge would be an advantage).
  • Worked in International context
  • Self-starter, will own the agenda for the role, drive priorities and pursue results.
