Description

Reporting the Group Payroll Manager, the Payroll Co-Ordinator role will help to co-ordinate PDCG payrolls with high confidentiality.  Ensuring compliance and continual communications between Global Mobility Partners, P&C, and outsourced payroll providers to enable the business to have reassurance that procedures and strict compliance is adhered to.

Part Time role for 6 months.

Core Responsibilities & Deliverables

  • Assist with the administration of the Group Payroll Processes (UK and ROW)
  • Assist with producing journals for implementation into finance system (Oracle)
  • Attend meetings and assist Global Mobility Partners, P&C and payroll providers when required
  • Manage internal and external queries – Including payroll calculations 
  • Check, update, and assist with implementation of payroll processes and procedures

SKILLS, qualifications AND EXPERIENCE (Required = R, Desirable = D) 

Qualifications

  • Experience in payroll (Advantage if understanding of Global payroll set-up/processing)
  • Working with accounting systems and financial processes
  • Adherence to accounting processes, procedures, and controls
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written
  • Polite, professional, assertive, flexible, friendly and approachable
  • Proficient in Excel
