DescriptionWe are recruiting for a HR Analyst to support the EMEA HR Business Partnering team. This is a forward-thinking role which gives the opportunity to develop skills in a very fast-paced environment.
The candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Addressing various HR queries with employees
- Liaising with HR Operations, Payroll and Benefits
- Preparing HR documentation (contracts of employment, change of employment terms letters) and providing guidance on those documents to prospective/current employees
- Liaising with the Lateral and Campus Recruiting teams on all European recruitment activity, providing guidance on compensation and regulatory aspects of hiring
- Supporting year-end and mid-year performance evaluation processes
- Supporting various aspects of the Compensation process by implementing necessary system changes, conducting audits, and completing other relevant processes
- Liaising with Employment Legal where necessary
- Conducting the new hire check-ins with employees
- Running and analysing reports
- Ad hoc project work
Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years of HR-related experience
- Impeccable attention to detail is essential
- Solid analytical and numerical skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, in particular Word and Excel
- Strong Excel skills a must - fluency with formulas such as Vlookup, Pivot Tables, sumifs, countifs, min, max, average arrays
- Strong focus on metrics and data analytics
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proactive, problem-solver, who takes ownership of initiatives and driving them forward
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrate initiative and proactively contribute ideas, views and recommendations
- Ability to deal with pressure and manage conflicting priorities
- A professional and adaptable approach and the ability to work with confidential and sensitive information using discretion
- Educated to degree level
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and within a global organisation is desired but not essential
