Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned HR Payroll and Service Delivery Lead to oversee payroll operations and service delivery across EMEA and APAC, while closely partnering with the LATAM HR Operations team to ensure alignment and global consistency.

This leadership role will ensure the smooth running of payroll processes, employee lifecycle operations, and HR services across diverse geographies. The successful candidate will bring deep payroll expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing, multi-regional service delivery team while driving transformation and process excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Operations Leadership

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll operations across EMEA & APAC, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery.

  • Manage HR Operations service delivery, covering employee lifecycle services (onboarding, data management, contracts, offboarding, etc.).

  • Partner with payroll vendors, technology providers, and internal functions to optimise service delivery.

  • Collaborate with the LATAM payroll and HR Ops teams to align processes, share best practices, and ensure a seamless global service experience.

  • Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for payroll and HR Ops to ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality outcomes.

Stakeholder & People Management

  • Lead and develop regional payroll and HR Ops teams, fostering a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement.

  • Act as the key point of contact for business leaders, HRBPs, and Finance partners on payroll and HR service delivery matters.

  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between HR Operations and business objectives.

Transformation & Continuous Improvement

  • Drive HR Operations and payroll transformation initiatives, including standardisation, automation, and global process alignment.

  • Partner with LATAM, EMEA, and APAC teams to support global transformation programs and cross-regional projects.

  • Identify and implement best practices to improve efficiency, scalability, and employee experience.

  • Champion change management, ensuring smooth adoption of new tools, systems, and ways of working.

Governance, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure payroll and HR processes comply with local employment, tax, and data privacy laws across all jurisdictions.

  • Implement strong controls and governance to minimize operational risk and ensure audit readiness.

  • Stay current with regulatory changes across EMEA & APAC and adjust policies and processes accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Extensive payroll management experience across multiple countries in EMEA and APAC (LATAM exposure is a plus).

  • Proven experience leading HR Operations and service delivery in a multinational environment.

  • Strong understanding of payroll systems, HRIS platforms.

  • Track record of leading  HR/payroll transformation programs.

  • Excellent people management, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and ability to balance operational rigor with innovation.

  • Fluent in English; additional regional languages are an advantage
