We are looking for an Associate Manager, Payroll to join our Finance Operations team and help deliver accurate, compliant, and timely payroll across our international employee population. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day payroll operations, lead payroll reviews and approvals, and work closely with Accounting, HR, and Compensation & Benefits to ensure payroll data is processed with care and precision. This is a great opportunity to contribute to strong operational delivery while helping improve processes that support a smooth employee experience.

A Typical Day:

  • Audit payroll before approval to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Review and input payroll changes for bi-weekly cycles
  • Review and input payroll changes for monthly payroll cycles
  • Reconcile payroll results and confirm approvals are completed on time
  • Oversee payroll tax reconciliations, filings, and related payments
  • Manage the payroll inbox and respond accurately to queries
  • Partner with Accounting on payroll data for month-end close
  • Support audit requests and contribute to payroll process improvements

To Be Considered:

You should have 6-8+ years of payroll experience across EMEA, with US payroll exposure considered a plus, including prior experience in a payroll manager role with direct people-management responsibility. Advanced Excel skills are required, including pivot tables, formulas, and lookups. Experience with Workday or Oracle is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field is also preferred.
