What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Junior Payroll Specialist. This position located in Swindon, UK. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, managing payroll systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations, and addressing any payroll-related inquiries from employees.

What you'll be doing

    Role Responsibilities

    • Provide entry-level payroll support, including data entry, documentation, and employee inquiry resolution
    • Completing payroll processes.
    • Serving as backup for the UK and EU payroll teams.
    • Handling a high volume of UK posts across all business divisions.
    • Maintain HR system data integrity and escalate discrepancies for resolution
    • Support compliance tracking, reporting, and audit activities
    • Coordinate with HR team members to ensure timely delivery of operational tasks





    Qualifications & Skills

    • 1+ years of proven experience in payroll or in HR administrative area.
      Advanced level of English language skills
    • Understanding of local payroll laws, tax regulations, and social insurance contributions
    • Hands-on Excel knowledge
    • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies efficiently
    • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
    • High level of professionalism and integrity, with a commitment to accuracy and ethical standards in handling payroll data
