This is an exciting opportunity to join Ryan as a Manager, Total Rewards, supporting the Europe and Asia Pacific (EAP) region and partnering across the broader global total rewards function. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping and evolving how the firm attracts, motivates, and rewards top talent by bringing Ryan’s compensation philosophy to life through impactful programs and practices across multiple geographies and regulatory environments.
You will be a strategic partner and a hands‑on contributor; someone who enjoys building, strengthening, and scaling Total Rewards capability across a diverse and growing region. From designing and executing compensation initiatives to solving complex regional challenges, including benefits strategy and harmonisation you will have the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the team member experience, client service excellence, and the firm’s overall performance.
Working closely with the People Group and senior leaders across the firm, you will help ensure compensation and benefits strategies are aligned with business priorities, market dynamics, and regional needs. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, thrives in ambiguity, and is motivated by building sustainable, fit‑for‑purpose solutions in a global environment.
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, along with the ability to influence, collaborate, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels including executive leadership. You will be curious, adaptable, and driven to continuously improve how Total Rewards supports the firm’s growth in the EAP region and globally.
