Payroll Administration Assistant (Fire) | 10227 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £25,989 to £26,403 per annum (Scale D) | County Hall, Norwich / Fire HQ Wymondham / Hybrid
Norfolk County Council (NCC) are looking for a well organised and practical Payroll Assistant to join the vibrant and enthusiastic Norfolk Fire Payroll team. Excellent attention to detail, time management and good administration experience are essential for this role.
Your role will be to assist the Fire Payroll Administration team deliver Payroll to our Norfolk Fire and Rescue colleagues. You will manage our service desk (email tickets), take phone calls from colleagues and support in a variety of administration activities.
The role will include updating employee records on Oracle Fusion, processing changes following documented processes and instructions from the team. You will need to establish and maintain good working relationships with all employees while delivering an agreed level of service to specified timescales.
This role is currently hybrid working from home, with an expectation to attend the office one day a week (either County Hall, Norwich or Fire HQ Wymondham).
