<\/span><\/span>A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a detail\-oriented and reliable Payroll Administrator to join a thriving UK hotel Group employing circa 500 employees, across 8+ hotels nationally, head quartered in Bournemouth. Working within a small finance team \- reporting to the Senior Financial Controller will be responsible for managing the end\-to\-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. This role is critical in ensuring our valued employees are paid correctly and on time, while maintaining full compliance with all relevant legislation. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>


<\/span><\/span><\/h2> <\/div>
  • Process end\-to\-end payroll for approximately 500 employees on fortnightly and monthly pay cycles.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including new starters, leavers, changes to pay rates, and leave balances.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment legislation, agreements, and company policies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Manage payroll\-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Accurately process leave entitlements, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/li>
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure data accuracy between systems.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    Skills & Experience<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/h2> <\/div>
    • Proven experience in a Payroll Administrator or similar role. CIPP qualification is highly desirable.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Strong hands\-on experience with a managed payroll system (experience with Employment Hero would be advantageous).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Sound knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong numerical skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
      <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Excellent organisational and time\-management skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

    • Strong communication and problem\-solving abilities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
