Position Details;
Role: Payroll Administrator
Location: Mayfield Cork
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Role Type: Office Based - Full Time
Responsibilities;
-
Manage and process payroll
- Ensure correct data entry of working time
- Calculate taxes and deductions
- Manage employee queries
- Review payroll reports
- Respond to employee inquiries
- Resolve payroll discrepancies
- Manage & maintain payroll software
- Ensuring completion of all P30 (PAYE/PRSI/USC) returns.
- Administering third party deductions eg: health care, union subscriptions, pensions etc.
- Calculating final pay for employees leaving the Company, including issuing P45s.
Requirements
General Requirements;
- Finance & Payroll experience
- Finance software experience
- Knowledge of (PAYE/PRSI/USC)
- Ability
to conduct a full-time onsite role
- Flexibility
in relation to working schedule
