Join our People Hub Payroll team as a Payroll Analyst and play a key role in delivering a reliable, accurate and colleague‑focused payroll service. What You’ll Be Doing

Your key accountabilities will include:

  • Deliver accurate, compliant and timely payroll activities, following established process frameworks and Runbook guidance.
  • Analyse payroll data to identify discrepancies, trends and risks, taking corrective action where needed.
  • Support audits, reconciliations and year‑end processes, including statutory submissions.
  • Resolve complex payroll queries, offering clear and professional advice to employees and business partners.
  • Contribute to service improvements, documentation updates and payroll‑related projects to strengthen resilience and efficiency.

 

Who you are 

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Proven experience in a payroll role within a medium or large organisation.
  • Solid understanding of UK payroll legislation, including PAYE, NI, statutory payments and pensions.
  • Confident working with payroll systems and HR/payroll data interfaces.
  • Excellent analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Customer‑focused approach with the ability to provide clear, high‑quality support.
