HR Payroll - Ensuring Financial Integrity and Employee Satisfaction
Step into a key role where you will support the delivery of accurate, compliant and efficient payroll services for Wiltshire Council and its partners.
In this role, you will prepare and manage data for upload into Oracle, support system testing, resolve payroll related Oracle issues and maintain data accuracy across our HR and payroll processes. You will extract and analyse payroll information, produce statutory returns and provide reports to Finance, Pensions and traded customers. You will also play a part in responding to structure related payroll queries received through our online support channels, ensuring clear communication and consistent service.
Your attention to detail and ability to identify improvements will help strengthen our processes and enhance service quality.
We are looking for someone with experience in a busy payroll environment, strong IT and data skills and a good understanding of payroll processes and legislation. Experience with Oracle payroll systems is helpful, although training will be provided.
