To provide admin support to the payroll team and to our clinicians and clients. Payroll administrators are responsible for the upkeep and management of the company’s payroll and ensuring this runs smoothly and effectively.

Key responsibilities:
 
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Compiling reports as required
- Managing diaries for team members
- Scheduling meetings, taking minutes and create a process of recording evidence.
- Answering telephone calls from clinicians and clients answering any queries and engaging with family  members to resolve any issues.
- Responding to emails internally and externally. 
- Building and maintaining relationships with the Catalyst Family.
- Support with pensions for internal and clinicians.
- Invoicing support to the team




Requirements

You will need to have strong numeracy and organisation skills, enjoy working as part of a team and have a good eye for detail along with strong IT skills.

You will be working towards the completion of the Level 3 Payroll Administrator Apprenticeship which will be delivered virtually and in the workplace by Smart Training and Recruitment.
