Our client, a rapidly expanding and innovative business, is actively searching for a skilled Payroller to join their supportive accounts team. This part-time position allows for complete flexibility, typically requiring 20 to 30 hours per week, tailored to fit your schedule.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing essential components of the monthly payroll process
- Managing tax codes, and informing employees of changes
- Processing deductions for NI, student loans, and salary sacrifice
- Processing statutory payments and additional pay runs
- Promptly and professionally resolving queries
- Communicating with HMRC as well as internal and external customers
- Preparing year-end reports, P60s and P11Ds
- Supporting system enhancements and conducting process reviews

What qualifications are required?
- A minimum of 2 years of payroll experience
- A solid understanding of payroll legislation
- Strong attention to detail, discretion, and excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in payroll software and Excel
- CIPP or AAT qualification is advantageous but not mandatory
