KCR Solutions have an exciting payroll supervisory opportunity to join this well established firm of accountants based near Washington.
You must have excellent communication skills and have a keen eye for detail. Our client will consider those looking for full time hours. Experience of working within practice would be beneficial but it is no essential.Â
Job Role
- Leading a small team
- Preparing weekly and monthly payrolls for a number of clients or varying sizes
- Calculating pension deductions
- Distributing forms such as P45, P60, P11d
- Processing holiday, sick, maternity and paternity leave payments
- Processing PAYE deductions and sending payroll information to HMRC
- Auto enrolment notices
- Calculating pay rises, shift payments and overtime compensation as required
- Answering queries from clients.
- Ensuring data accuracy is of the highest standard.
The Person
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines are essential
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
Hours - 37.5 hour week
FULLY OFFICE BASED - Hybrid after probation would be considered
