Job Description
Bank of America’s Global Human Resources team is seeking to hire an EMEA Regulatory Compensation Specialist in London. This role sits within the EMEA Regulatory Compensation team, part of the broader EMEA Compensation & Benefits function.
The EMEA Regulatory Compensation team is responsible for ensuring that the Bank’s compensation policies and practices comply with applicable EMEA regulatory requirements. This includes monitoring regulatory developments, ensuring compensation policies, practices and structures comply with applicable rules, and reporting to EMEA regulators and remuneration committees, as appropriate.
The EMEA Regulatory Compensation Specialist will support a broad range of activities, including Material Risk Taker (MRT) identification, regulatory reporting and submissions, remuneration committee reporting, automation initiatives, and audits and controls relating to MRT compensation rules.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an experienced and supportive team, offering significant exposure to EMEA compensation regulations and interaction with a broad set of stakeholders, including EMEA Compensation & Benefits, wider HR teams, and partners across Legal, Corporate Secretary, Risk, Compliance, and Audit.
