As a Senior Benefits Specialist, you’ll be a trusted subject matter expert in the evolving world of employee benefits. You’ll assess, design, and optimize programs that support the diverse needs of our global workforce. You’ll lead process improvements across benefits operations, ensure compliance and efficiency, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our offerings. This role is ideal for a process-driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives on building partnerships and delivering benefits programs that make a real impact.

In this role, you will: 

  • Assists with designing, implementing and administering process, policies and
  • system solutions.
  • Ensure we are meeting our statutory obligations and that our benefit programs are compliant with local laws and regulations
  •  Regularly review our programs to ensure operational and administrative processes are effective; identify and implement process improvements
  •  Monitor, analyse and research utilization reports and trends for our plans, and proactively suggest improvements based on feedback, claims trends, market practice and  external market benchmarking
  • Develops an understanding of current benefits programs by supporting benefits administration and acting  as point of contact  for complex employee benefits questions, exercising sound judgement to provide solutions
  •  Cultivate and manage relationships with external consultants, vendors and providers and ensure service standards are adhered to
  • Develops an understanding of current benefits programs by supporting benefits administration and serving as a first point of contact for all employee inquiries.
  •  Build and maintain a good working knowledge of benefits legislation, industry standards and methodologies, incorporating standards into processes and procedures
  •  Manage the communication of existing and new programs as well as all benefits compliance related updates, in partnership with our internal stakeholders i.e Payroll, HR operations, HR and Legal.
  •  Maintain accurate benefits information on our internal HR portal
  • Continues building understanding the organization's processes, objectives and challenges and their impact on the business.

Experience and Qualifications: 

  • 3 to 5 years of Benefits administration and advisory experience
  •  Familiarity with Benefits programs and local regulations in the UK and Ireland. Other preferred EMEA locations e.g., France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Czechia and UAE
  •  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to new challenges and adjust the course, in light of changes to statutory regulations and requirements
  •  Ability to communicate effectively, with a keen eye for detail and aptitude to follow through including making and communicating difficult decisions
  •  Ability to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency with minimal supervision
  •  Good analytical skills, and attention to detail with the ability to review data, detect and correct errors, and take responsibility for data quality
  •  A customer service focus with a responsive and "can-do" open-minded attitude
  •  Good judgement – knowing when to escalate an issue combined with a willingness to be flexible
