We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for Senior Payroll Administrator to join our Payroll & Reward team.
Reporting directly to the Global Head of Payroll, they will support an effective payroll service for all UK-based employees and to ensure a clean and accurate payroll.
This will also include preparing the monthly payroll for all UK-based employees by collating and processing data into Workday on a timely basis. Accuracy is of paramount importance.
Key Responsibilities:
To collate and process all payroll information throughout an employee’s lifecycle with the business.
Work closely with the Reward team and HR Operations
Always ensure compliance with both Company policies and Statutory regulations.
Manage the payslip release day and answer any queries
Preparation and set up of any off cycle payments ready for the Payroll Leads to process
Liaising with employees on all payroll queries
Skills and experience required:
Some basic payroll knowledge
Excellent in both Excel and Microsoft Word
Good organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work as part of a team and individually
Have the ability to be flexible, yet maintain fairness
Good communication skills both verbally and written
