Senior Payroll Product Advisor

The Oracle Cloud HCM Development Center of Excellence is currently recruiting for a senior Payroll Product Advisor role focused on ensuring the success of Oracle’s HCM Cloud Payroll implementations. This position bridges technical product expertise, best practice evangelism, and customer-facing advisory activities.  You will join a collaborative team trusted by leading enterprises across the UK where you will often interface directly with senior stakeholders and large enterprise clients and have access to Oracle’s world-class professional development resources.

What we are looking for

• Extensive UK payroll knowledge
• In depth knowledge of HCM cloud Payroll module
• Experience working and advising public sector customers in UK
• HCM Payroll implementation experience is a must

1. UK Payroll Expertise:
   • Apply in-depth knowledge of UK payroll processes, legislation, and best practices to guide internal teams, customers and partners.
2. Implementation Support:
   • Advise customers and partners on effective Cloud HCM deployment, guiding them through critical project phases.
   • Conduct milestone reviews and generate actionable reports on project status and recommendations.
3. Post-Implementation Support:
   • Help transition customers to steady-state (business as usual) operations post-implementation, facilitating sustained adoption.
4. Customer Success:
   • Drive strategies that improve adoption and ensure successful outcomes.
   • Foster customer advocacy by maximizing satisfaction and reference-ability after go-live.
5. Best Practice Development:
   • Produce high-value materials (white papers, how-to guides, case studies) showcasing optimised product usage.
6. Evangelism & Communication:
   • Promote Cloud HCM best practices internally and externally.
   • Build and sustain strong working relationships with Product Development and Operations.
