Description

The Sr. EMEA Regional Payroll Analyst has a key role and delivers world-class payroll support and services to contribute to outstanding employee experience. 

 

Responsibilities

Payroll Execution & Compliance

  • Process payroll across assigned countries, ensuring end-to-end compliance with tax, legal, equity, relocation, imputed income, and third-party obligations.
  • Ensure payroll meets audit standards and processing thresholds.

Process Management & Improvement

  • Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement using tools like visual management and standard work.
  • Optimize shared service operations and manage payroll calendars for efficiency.

Issue Resolution & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Handle employee inquiries and escalations effectively.
  • Escalate complex issues, seek guidance, and propose solutions.

Systems & Tools

  • Utilize GlobalView, ADP Celergo, and eTime for payroll processing.
  • Support system testing to validate integration accuracy and timeliness.

Reporting & Year-End Activities

  • Lead year-end processes, ensuring all taxable income is captured.

Project & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align payroll execution with HR, finance, and regional policies.

  • Knowledge of regional payroll laws and regulations. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Minimum (5) years’ experience in payroll shared service models preferably using ADP GlobalView, ADP eTime, ADP Celergo or ADP Streamline. 
  • Experience in processing payroll for multiple countries within the EMEA region. (Familiarity with any of the following countries is a plus: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Slovakia, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, U.K., UAE) 
  • Proficiency with MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).  
  • Preferred experience with other collaboration tools such as Miro and Teams Canvas 
  • Regional payroll related certifications. 
  • Multi-lingual: English with German or French is preferred. 
  • Bachelor's degree in related field is preferred.
  • Experience working with ADP Global View, ADP Celergo and ADP eTime is preferred.
