Overview of Role

As a Compensation Analyst, you will support the team to deliver the annual Compensation Review process as well as focusing on our benchmarking processes and broader, off-cycle and ad-hoc, compensation activities. 


Responsibilities

  •  Providing the Cash Compensation team with analytical support including the ability to build and administer efficient Excel models for the delivery of reports and meeting other senior management business needs, as required.

  • Supporting the Cash Compensation team with the delivery of the annual Compensation Review process, with a focus on our Global Advisory business.    

  • Modelling of bonus pools to allow the business to set appropriate compensation parameters.

  • Provide guidance to HR Business Partners globally on compensation policies and best practices.

  • Support the maintenance and update of the Cash Compensation system in preparation for the year-end process.

  • Involvement in the submission of data to external market data providers and the subsequent analysis and interpretation of external benchmark data.

  • Support with preparation and delivery of reward disclosures and reporting (internal and external).

  • Involvement in projects to develop/implement global compensation initiatives as they arise.

    
Skill Set and Profile

  •  Advanced user of MS Office, in particular Excel, proven experience in manipulating large amounts of data.

  • 1-2 years Compensation/Reward experience

  •  Highly numerate.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Attention to detail and strong sense of ownership of work.

  • Excellent organisation skills.

  • Commitment to problem solving and delivery.

  • The ideal candidate must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
