This specialist role leads how reward is designed, delivered and experienced across the Group. Working within a hands‑on HR team, the focus is on pay, bonus and benefits, ensuring activity is well governed, clearly communicated and practically delivered. The role supports attraction, retention and trust by balancing robust reward frameworks with a strong understanding of colleague experience and expectations.
This is a broad, delivery‑focused role, combining technical reward expertise with day‑to‑day ownership of compensation and benefits activity in a regulated environment.
