This role provides a key service to the People team and wider Company ensuring
high standards are adopted across all areas of EMEA/APAC Payroll and
Benefits. Strong attention to detail, initiative, and a passion for delivering
high quality and innovative service is essential.

Benefits

  • While we work to introduce wider automation for The.Team benefits, process all benefit applications, ensuring applications are processed in a timely manner and all documentation is accurately completed
  • Assist with pension processes, including maintaining our obligations under auto enrolment, working with payroll to ensure accuracy of data in Workday
  • Manage all filling for benefit applications and invoices
  • Process invoices for payment and audit invoices and Workday to ensure benefit elections are accurately recorded and processed
  • Update Workday on a monthly basis, where needed, with all benefit updates, especially those that touch payroll
  • Audit benefit enrolment against payroll and employee files on a monthly basis
  • Update benefit portals with monthly new hires and leavers as needed
  • Support the relationship with the external benefit brokers, ensuring information flow is accurate and timely
  • Support the annual benefit renewal process, ensuring benefit schemes remain competitive and industry leading
  • Support annual benefit events, including annual benefits enrolment and renewal projects
  • Run ad-hoc reports on benefits utilization and help interpret insights

Payroll

  • Process some smaller payrolls, utilizing Workday reporting and ensure accurate and compliant payroll processes for all countries.
  • Gain an understanding of the larger payrolls, to be able to assist where needed
  • Manage monthly payroll calendar and work with the People Partners and Finance Directors across the business in the collation of payroll data and documentation
  • Manage the payroll approval process with the People Partners, using variance reporting for ease of review
  • Ensure all payroll documentation is accurately executed, securely filed and distributed appropriately
  • In conjunction with Finance complete year-end tax reporting
  • Support Finance with annual audit processes
  • Be the first point of contact for all payroll queries and escalate as needed

Data & Reporting

  • Support employee data auditing  
  • Ensure HR documentation is kept confidential and accurately up-to-date
  • Ensure all HR filing is completed in a timely and organized manner
  • Assist with reporting as necessaryß

Workday

  • Support Workday testing for payroll and benefit modules
  • Update benefit schemes in Workday to ensure accurate automation of the benefit elections and tracking

General

  • Support with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks
  • Actively contribute to a culture of continual improvement, making recommendations and using initiative to ensure best in class HR delivery
