Managing the organisation’s total reward strategy, partnering with senior leadership and RemCo to design and deliver reward programmes aligned with business objectives. Provides expert guidance, manages supplier relationships, and drives strategic outcomes, ensuring reward plans support long-term goals and enhance organisational performance.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Defining and deploy pay benchmarking strategy.
  • Overseeing reward technology, platforms, and tools.
  • Ensuring KPIs for monitoring reward execution.
  • Managing global benefits and mobility policies.
  • Implementing variable pay and recognition plans.
  • Driving communication and engagement on reward strategy.
  • Providing thought leadership and compliance oversight.
  • Managing high-performing reward teams and stakeholder relationships.

You’ll need to have:

  • Extensive multi-country total reward leadership experience.
  • Expertise in pay, benefits, mobility, and reward strategy.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
  • Advanced HR knowledge with strategic leadership capability.
