We are seeking to recruit a full-time, permanent Finance & Payroll Officer to work within our Finance Department, servicing both companies. We require an experienced individual who will be an integral part of our Finance/Payroll Team and can provide an efficient and dedicated support to our customers and suppliers.

Job Description

• Provide a full range of administrative support to a team of individuals within the Finance Department
• Support a ‘fast’ paced division working to strict deadlines
• Monitoring all Annual Leave requests and timesheets and payroll data, and prepare for processing
• Processing Annual leave requests and timesheets and payroll data for payment on internal Management Information System
• Respond to Annual Leave balance enquiries in a timely manner
• Dealing with telephone queries from Temporary workers and Clients
• Duties carried out in line with ISO 9002:2001

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a busy, fast paced finance department
• Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Previous experience in maintaining master data in a management information system
