Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing
– Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and understand of payroll software
– Knowledge of auto-enrolment for pensions, holiday calculations and statutory payments
– Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Job Summary:
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processing, including auto-enrolment for pensions, manual calculations, and statutory payments. The role will also involve monitoring time sheets, making necessary changes, and providing high-quality service in the payroll function. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, be proactive and independent with a flexible approach to work.
Location: Loughborough Town Centre (with free parking)
Salary: £24,000-£26,000 per year (pro-rata)
Hours: 2-3 days per week (with the possibility of additional hours for holiday cover)
Working Hours: 9 am – 5 pm (or 8 am – 4 pm)
Maternity cover for up to 12 months
