Drive Change, Command Data, Lead the Payroll Revolution
Are you tired of the same old payroll gig? Ready to step up and lead with precision, influence, and edge? We’re on the hunt for a Remuneration and Reporting Lead who isn’t just here to process payroll—but to redefine how it’s done. If you’re obsessed with numbers, thrive in analytics, and can build structured remuneration frameworks like it’s second nature, we want to meet you.
In this role, you’ll lead the day-to-day hustle of the payroll team, ensuring every decimal is right where it needs to be—first time, every time. You’ll architect seamless payroll cycles that crush deadlines and compliance standards, while building unbreakable connections between conditions, employment contracts, awards, and entitlements. Your expertise will extend to owning interfaces with the ATO and Services Australia, managing portable long service leave, and handling payroll queries like a pro—no question too tricky, no issue too big. Beyond payroll mastery, you’ll lead HR analytics, transforming data into action with dashboards that aren’t just pretty—they’re powerful. You’ll also develop and implement a structured remuneration and reward framework that screams precision, strategy, and fairness.
This role will hold 2 direct reports and head the Payroll and Remuneration functions of the People and Culture team. This position is permanent full time based at our Southport office.
What you'll be the gatekeeper for:
Because you’re not just filling a role—you’re building something bigger. Here, your work is seen, your data is heard, and your impact is real. If you’re ready to take payroll and remuneration to the next level with grit, swagger, and precision, we’re ready for you.
