In conjunction with your Level 5 Payroll Apprenticeship, you will be trained to a high standard and be involved in a wide range of tasks, including:
Assisting in the processing of our monthly payroll using Workday Payroll and managing employment tax compliance.
Loading and reconciling payroll data to ensure accuracy.
Serving as a key point of contact for employees and HR, helping to resolve queries related to payroll and taxation.
Supporting the Payroll & Compliance Manager with testing transactions in Workday and implementing new legislative changes.
Helping to fulfil information requests for audits and management reports.
Working closely with the Head of Reward and Payroll Manager on exciting annual projects.
Taking ownership of the benefit invoicing process and helping to manage supplier relationships.
Identifying opportunities for process improvement and helping to implement them.
